I. Working Principle of the Meltblown Cloth Industrial Air Conditioner
According to the principle of the refrigeration system, the low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant undergoes heat exchange with the surrounding air in the evaporator. The evaporator absorbs the heat from the air, evaporating into a low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous state. During the evaporation process, the temperature of the refrigerant remains unchanged. The low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant enters the compressor, where it is compressed into a high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous state, then enters the condenser. In the condenser, it undergoes heat exchange with the indoor medium. Part of the heat from the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant is absorbed by the medium, raising the temperature of the medium. The refrigerant releases heat, and the condenser turns into a high-temperature and high-pressure liquid. The temperature during the condensation process remains unchanged. It then enters the expansion valve for throttling, which is a rapid cooling process. The refrigerant becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid. After this process, the refrigerant re-enters the evaporator for heat exchange and evaporation, thereby completing the entire refrigeration system process. This cycle continues continuously, allowing the air to be continuously cooled. The cooled air is then blown to the area requiring cooling by the fan.
